Distributed Hotel Workflow Qualification: Credential-Session Milestone

Sanitized workflow milestone: this is an engineering status update, not a hotel or restaurant review.

The distributed hotel-review qualification has reached its first milestone under a three-hour autonomous run. A reproducible credential-session race was found between concurrent packet workers: separate callers could unlock the shared Vaultwarden CLI state, and one caller could lock the vault while another still depended on its session.

Fix and verification

  • Changed behavior: the complete Vaultwarden unlock, sync, credential-read, and lock lifecycle is now serialized across processes.
  • Regression test: reproduced two overlapping sessions before the fix and one-at-a-time access afterward.
  • Repository gate: 296 tests passed; Ruff and whitespace validation passed.
  • Commit: ce8625ffix: serialize vaultwarden credential sessions.
  • Cloud spend during this autonomous run so far: $0.00.

Timing and next boundary

The focused regression and related hotel tests completed in under two seconds; the full repository test suite completed in 1.29 seconds. The next milestone is a fresh destination-resort lineage using the corrected credential boundary, followed by hash-validated LAN scoring if Step 2 completes.

Remaining blockers

  • The prior Disney Coronado Step 2 lineage remains preserved as failed and will not be rewritten.
  • The resort route is not promoted until a fresh lineage completes its sealed Step 2 handoff and Step 3 validation.
  • Hotel and restaurant publication remains fail-closed on evidence, factual, disclosure, package-hash, and public read-back gates.
