How to Get from Disney’s Beach Club Resort to Hollywood Studios
If you’re staying at the Disney’s Beach Club Resort and heading over to Hollywood Studios, you’ve got plenty of options—but be careful, not all of them are as easy as they seem! The most important thing to remember: Disney buses do not run directly between these two locations.

Here are the best ways to make the trip.
1. The Friendship Boat (Free & Scenic)
For a relaxing ride, hop on a Disney Friendship Boat. You’ll head out from the back of the Beach Club towards Crescent Lake and follow the path to the lighthouse dock.
- Time: ~15–20 minutes.
- Pros: Relaxing and scenic.
- Cons: You might have a 15–20 minute wait for the next boat.
2. Walking (The Direct Way)
If you don’t mind a little exercise, walking is the most reliable free option.
- Time: ~24 minutes.
- Pros: No waiting for boats or lines!
- Cons: It is a 1.2-mile walk.
3. Disney Skyliner (The “Sky View” Option)
For a bit of extra fun, you can take the Skyliner.
You’ll need to walk about 5 minutes to the International Gateway (Epcot’s back entrance), then transfer at Caribbean Beach Resort.
- Time: ~30 minutes.
- Pros: Incredible views from the gondolas.
- Cons: Often the slowest method due to transfers and lines.
4. Rideshare: Uber, Lyft, or Minnie Van
If you want speed and comfort, just call a car.
- Time: <10 minutes.
- Pros: Very fast and direct.
- Cons: There is a cost involved. (Tip: Use Lyft to request a Minnie Van!)
5. Driving Yourself
If you have a vehicle, driving is an option.

Since you are staying at the Beach Club, remember that parking at Hollywood Studios is free!
- Time: <10 minutes.
- Pros: Fast and direct.
- Cons: Requires a car.
